Full house at Capital Square 🏢🔥

We’re proud to share that Banhams WA has been awarded the fire services contracts for Towers 2 and 3 at Capital Square.

With Tower 1 already under our care, our team now supports the fire and life safety systems across all three towers in the precinct.

A great result for the Banhams WA team and a reflection of the quality of work being delivered by both our field and office teams.

We're happy to share that Banhams has partnered with SOEL Early Years Education, a family-owned organisation that's been providing quality early childhood education for over 50 years.

Since May 2026, our team has been working across seven SOEL properties, helping keep their spaces safe, compliant and well maintained for children, educators and families.
