Two Tans has had a very busy, but enjoyable weekend at Bendick Murrell with Simply Angie’s catering for the Young Dressage Association coaching and training event . Thank you Ange for inviting us along.
On Saturday we started with breakfast Bacon, egg & hashbrown Rolls (Turkish bread). Topped with tomato sauce (because someone forgot to pack the sauces🤦♀️.) Then the lunch rush, after a quick shower of rain was a choice of hot chips, spring rolls, Potato cakes or Chicken burgers made with a chicken pattie, lettuce, tomato & mayo also on a Turkish roll.
After a few more lessons it was time for the coaches and riders to relax and sit down to the pre ordered dinner, menu consisting of a choice of home made Lasagne (GF) with a fresh garden salad, Seafood basket or Caeser Salad also with a gluten free and vegan option.
Sunday morning breakfast was bacon, egg & hashbrown with an added choice of baked beans or fried onions (mmm my favourite).
Then lunch was hamburgers with Two Tans famous home made beef pattie (but someone also forgot the secret herbs and spices, So it was just salt, pepper and onion this time, also options of the hot chip cups, chicken burgers etc were available and the gluten free options were smoked ham or Turkey salad or curried egg sandwich on GF bread.
We had some great feed back on our food over the weekend and met some lovely people who were surprised this was our first event for the food trailer.

Thank you also to those who also supported us when we got back home and set up and served again for the first time this harvest season.
