We just recently completed some general maintenance works for a property in Gorokan for a rental.

Another lovely deck renovation recently completed by Hamlin Constructions! 🔨🪚

We had the joy of dismantling a rotting and dangerous deck to repair only what was necessary! This left only a partial replacement of a bearer, a few joists and the two posts which were in desperate need of replacement!

To reduce maintenance requirements and extend this decks life well into the future we wrapped the joists in a protective tape, and made use of Ekodeck as the boards!

This past week we had the opportunity to level this concrete floor as well as finish it off with a lovely floating floor!

This turned out fantastic, using Davco leveller we were able to get this all within 1-2mm throughout. Making laying the floating floor and rolling out our underlay super simple!

This took two days in total, One for the leveller and to dry, then only one day to come in and lay the flooring, install skirting as well as a quick window install ready for paint!
