It was a big day last fortnight as Ash officially got her Open HR Truck Licence!

Between running the office and keeping the crew in-line, Ash has many talents. Turns out she's just as capable in front of a Western Star, which surprises absolutely nobody who's met her.

We never get tired of how a fresh surface looks on the last day.

Resurfacing means the slab stays put. We prep what is already there and lay a hard wearing resurfacing compound over the top, so you get the clean finish without the demolition, the skip bin or the wait. The bones were good on this one, they just needed a new face.

A full road-width pour, start to finish.

The tricky part wasn't the pour. It was doing it without shutting the road on everyone who needs it. We ran a temporary road around the side, worked early mornings and late evenings, and finished plenty of it under floodlights. Nobody had to plan their week around us, which was the whole point.
