One of the biggest concerns we are seeing in the industry is clients signing contracts prior to knowing the full cost of their project.

That is why we developed our Preliminary Agreemeent to educate our clients and ensure they are not only being presented the full cost of their project but also being guided by our 10+ years of experience to ensure their project is feasible.

Our Wamboin project is complete.

We built a 180m2 shed with 120m2 of living split in the largest shed kit available.

The brief for this project was to create a comfortable 7 star living quarters within a shed kit and still have enough room for cars, machines and toys in the shed. We added a 50m2 mezzanine inside the shed to create more space. The dwelling is fitout with quality appliances by Smeg Australia
And fittings and fixtures by Parisiaustralia

We completed this project within the clients budget and in 16 weeks from site cut to practical completion.

It was a pleasure working with our fantastic client and the beautiful area of Wamboin.

The entry to your home should set the mood for your entire house, when you walk over the threshold you should feel relaxed and leave your daily stresses on the outside.

With custom 2.4m double arch doors opening to an extra wide hallway capped off with feature hardwood beams we feel we hit the brief spot on at our Unthank project.

Doors finished with handles and locks.

Mowenbah project-Googong
