This a department of housing project in Southport back in era when architects were engaged to design them. Each project was unique and nestled into the local community. The government did the numbers and providing subsidised rent in the private rental market was deemed to be better and lots cheaper. This 15 unit project is 25 years old and is broken into “houses” with robust materials, lots of light and breezes and very much a Queenslander.
