ANDERA AVENUE | PROJECT UPDATE 🔨

We’re back on site at our Andera Avenue project, where our team has commenced the final fit-off of the bathrooms and wet areas throughout this stunning architectural home.

After months of work behind the walls, it’s great to see the finishing touches coming together and the attention to detail really starting to shine.

From the initial underground drainage through to the final fixtures and fittings, we’re proud to be delivering the complete hydraulic package on this project.

25 Markeri St | Project Update 🔧

Plenty happening on site as we continue progressing the hydraulic package at our Markeri St project.

With the structure taking shape, our team has been working through the in-slab plumbing, penetrations and set-outs to keep everything coordinated and ready for the next stages of construction.

Projects like this are all about getting the details right early — working closely with the builder and other trades to make sure everything lands exactly where it needs to.

Great to see this one coming out of the ground. Plenty more to come.

Check out our latest stormwater upgrade in Upper Coomera 💧

The client was experiencing severe water ingress into the subfloor area, causing significant damage to the lower areas of the home.

To help manage and redirect the surrounding groundwater, our team:

* Excavated down to the existing footings and brickwork
* Primed and waterproofed the brickwork-to-footing junction using an exterior primer and bitumen membrane
* Installed geofabric to create a filtered drainage zone
* Installed a new slotted ag drain surrounded by 20mm drainage rock
* Connected the new drainage system into a stormwater junction pit to collect and disperse excess water during heavy rain events
* Wrapped the drainage aggregate in geofabric before reinstatement to help prevent sediment from entering the system

A comprehensive drainage and waterproofing solution designed to move water away from the structure and protect the home during our heavy Gold Coast rain events.

Throwback to some custom copper fabrication we completed on a commercial high-rise project in Mermaid Beach. 🔧

With a large number of services squeezed into a very limited cabinet space, this installation required meticulous planning, accurate set-out and precise ex*****on.

We fabricated dedicated hot and cold water manifolds, with each branch individually pulled to minimise fittings, reduce potential failure points and keep the installation as clean and functional as possible.

It’s the work behind the walls and inside the cabinets that sets the standard for the finished project.
