Coming down the home stretch of slabs to be poured at Calypso Bay. The last of the slabs went down this month, which closes out this stage of the project. Still to come over the coming months are all of the internal roadways, driveways and footpaths.

Earthworks, set out, slabs and finishing, one contractor from the first dig to the last pour.

65 Harper St, Molendinar. This one is exactly the type of project we want more of over the next couple of years.

Commercial renovation. The client came to us directly and brought us in alongside the builder. The scope is end-to-end: bulk earthworks, pulling up the old concrete, replacing the internal floors, and relaying the driveway. We’ve got a significant portion of this job.

The challenge here is that the client is still running their factory during construction. So we’re splitting it into two stages. We start at the back, they move their operation in there, then we come back and do the front. Has to be done that way. You work around what the client needs.

That’s the job right now. More to come.
