Best part of the job is the five minutes at the end when you stand under it and watch the sun go down. Then you pack up and drive home in traffic 😆

Second storey patio upgrade, completed in Biggera Waters.

We’re hiring: Admin and Operations Coordinator (Gold Coast)

NBT Patios builds patios, carports and outdoor structures across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers. We’re growing and need someone organised to run our back office: emails, invoicing, council paperwork, and keeping every job on track.

📍 Gold Coast, hybrid (mix of home and site office)

⏰ Part time to start, 20 to 25 hrs/week, growing to full time

💰 $32 to $38/hr plus super

You’ll love this role if you’re a systems person who follows through and wants real ownership, not micromanagement. Everything is documented, so you’ll know exactly what good looks like from day one. Building or trades admin experience is a bonus but not essential.

To apply: send your resume to [email protected] with a quick note about a messy process you took ownership of and fixed. Applications without the note won’t be shortlisted.

Know someone perfect for this? Tag them or share 🙏
