These renders are all included as part of the design process from the start. None of that trying to imagine how it might look.
I've never heard of any other design business using it in Australia, but we've been using it for over 8 years now.

Last Friday night I attended the 2023 HIA-CSR Queensland Housing Awards, after having judged many of the properties over the last few months.
To my surprise, I was awarded the Lifetime Membership Award.

Thanks to all HIA staff and members. A truly wonderful honour.

I love this new concept at beachfront Currumbin. Cafe by day, bar in the evening. Great service, great views, great beer including a very cool Currumbin Valley Pale Ale, and this terrific bar fitout!

Found this magazine from HIA in the office. I had just started my business and wanted to know what the industry produced, and how good you had to be to win.
For the best part of the last ten years I've been a judge in the same competition.
