Get to know the dogs of DARE®, the real ones keeping our builds, sales, and vibes on track 🤝

A few things have changed. The tools. The process. Probably the coffee order.

Giving a damn about what we build hasn’t.

Good homes still come down to good people who care about the details, know their craft and take pride in doing things properly.

Always has been, always will be, for the love of the trade.

Our home designs are made for all the little details you probably won’t notice until you’re living in them.

Last week we got a behind the scenes look at how our Product Design Team Leader oversees every floor plan. His philosophy is to make sure each one not only works on paper, but makes sense for the people who’ll actually call it home.

It was cool to see how there’s a lot more that goes into it than meets the eye.

Let us know below if you’d be keen for us to sit down with Kyle and do a deeper dive👇🏼
