We recently completed a bathroom rebuild in a 1950s home that has slowly been renovated. The brief was for a clean and classic bathroom that is white and fresh. The lovely couple were elderly and wanted to create a space that will grow with them and cater to their grandchildren.

This was a massive project that required to be demolished and rebuilt. What was created is a glamourous, sophisticated space that will be easy to maintain.

BREAKER FACTORY

Welcome to our Breaker Factory project. This commercial job was an exciting project that involved working around closing hours, employee safety and a few requests required from the owner and the renters. This project may not be the prettiest, but it defiantly was a fun one to complete. More office space without impacting and encroaching on the factory floor was the most important thing to consider, whilst completing this project. We were able to match existing finishes to assist with the overall cost of the project.
At Creo Construct we enjoy a variety of works. The contrast between residential and commercial keeps things interesting and continues to challenge our trades to meet client expectation in the different sectors of the building industry.

HAMPTONS ON THE HILL

When The Lexicon Group call to work with them on a project it is always a definite yes. This beautiful Hamptons home was looking for a little more detail and charm to their pool area. Building this pool entertainment section and tying it into the previous existing dwelling was an absolute joy.

The Lexicon Group always have a clear vision and bringing this white oasis to life was simple, but very impactful.
The Hamptons details with some slight modern finishes keeps this space timeless. Lets just say site visits weren’t a struggle at this location.

Welcome to our Highview project. This is what has been keeping us busy for most of 2024. The brief from our clients was open, clean, light, bright and the use of terrazzo.

We have witnessed the IBYA team dream and succeed for years. They have an amazing eye for detail and design with a fun practical approach. Creating a space that is both beautiful, but can act as a multipurpose space. With so many breath-taking structures and different finishes this was a challenging, but a dream project. We enjoyed every moment working of this build.

IBYA contains various entertaining spaces including outside dinning, an intimate lounge area, bar, pool with glass viewing window, an expansive deck, firepit and alfresco space.

Working with the IBYA team was such an amazing experience.

IBYA gave us the opportunity to work with modern and sleek finishes, that are adaptable for various staging and shot moments. This project required a lot of structural work to bring the project to life on a slopped block, but this is what makes every section of the dwelling have picture perfect views.

IBYA is one of the most sought after shoot locations on the Northern Gold Coast.
