Do you have bad odour coming from your bathroom or toilet? This customer was complaining about this issue. After removing the old toilet to investigate further I found the pan collar rubber had deteriorated and was allowing sewer smells to enter room. Here is a before and after photo of a hot water service replacement. Luckily, I noticed the hot water service was un compliant and due for a replacement before it could have flooded and done damage in a unit in a high rise.
