Next stage of this renovation was to build some new walls and extend roof line over an old existing lean to. A new roof with increased pitch will get rid of the old buckets on stand by whenever a storm would pass through. Now a handy gain of space ready for a few internal changes ready to open up this area and take advantage of some amazing views

This job was like digging in a graveyard as we found old tanks, grease traps, sullige pit and more 😂, anyway we just get on with it and get the job done right 👍

This renovation was a 3 bedroom addition and remodel and renovation of existing 3bed 1 bath home. Now a 4 bedroom ,2 bath, open living and a very lovely space and some nice features
