🚛 MC Driver – Prime Mover + Quad Float / Semi Tipper

We’re looking for an experienced MC licensed truck driver to join the Earth Fix transport team. You’ll mainly operate our prime mover with quad float, with occasional semi‑tipper work on the same unit.

If you’re reliable, safety‑focused and take pride in your work — this is a solid long‑term role.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
• Operating a prime mover with quad float
• Occasional semi‑tipper work
• Occasional dolly use
• Operating other trucks in the fleet when needed
• Loading, securing & unloading machinery
• Keeping logbooks compliant & following safe work practices

📌 What You Need
• MC Licence
• Construction White Card
• Proven quad float experience
• Strong load‑restraint knowledge
• Reliable, punctual & safety‑driven
• Able to start immediately

🔧 Lead Diesel Fitter – Stapylton Workshop

We’re growing and looking for a hands‑on Lead Diesel Fitter to take charge of our Stapylton workshop. If you’re an all‑rounder who loves variety, responsibility and mentoring apprentices, this is your spot.

👷‍♂️ What the role involves
• Running day‑to‑day workshop operations
• Managing maintenance schedules
• Servicing, diagnosing and repairing a mixed fleet
• Occasional field service work
• Ordering parts and consumables
• Leading safety, quality and work standards
• Training and supporting two apprentices
• Working across earthmoving, transport and crushing/screening gear

🔩 What you’ll bring
• Diesel Fitter / Heavy Diesel Mechanic trade
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience managing workshop workflows
• Ability to source parts efficiently
• An all‑rounder with a can‑do attitude
• Experience with earthmoving & crushing equipment (bonus)
• Own tools
• Confident with computers — fleet records, ordering parts, emails, workshop systems

We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Pipe Layer to join our civil construction crew across SEQ. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working outdoors with a solid team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Install stormwater, sewer, and water mains

Set out trenches and prepare bedding

Operate hand tools & small plant

Work alongside excavator operators and civil crews

Follow WHS procedures and maintain a safe site

Assist with backfilling, compaction & general civil tasks

What You Bring
Experience in pipe laying (stormwater, sewer, or drainage)

Ability to read levels and follow plans

Strong understanding of trench safety

White Card (required)

Relevant tickets (advantageous)

Reliable, punctual, and team‑focused
