Recently completed by Rescon Group.

6 Burrinjuck Drive, Coombabah was an interesting and very well thought through development project, completely utilizing the block of land for maximum return. Rescon Group were assigned as both builders and project managers assisting in all approvals for this development. The corner block consisted of one existing home with a substantial amount of unused land tucked in one side, we partially demolished the existing home and garage to completely free this section of the block to allow for us to build a new double storey home. The remainder of the existing home was renovated, extended and a new carport and pool built. As a result our clients were left with a brand new home built and a renovated and reconfigured existing home, both homes were placed on the market for a successful sale.

Mino’s experience and passion for construction, property development and architecture have led Mino to establishing Rescon Group, A company founded to build beautiful custom homes. Being a licensed Queensland builder, Mino is continuously heavily involved with the management and operations of our building sites.

Mino’s wealth of knowledge has been gained from years of project managing and supervising construction sites, as well as attending Griffith University on the Gold Coast for a Bachelor of Property Development and completing a Cert 4 and Diploma in Construction.

Rescon Group are on the look out for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as our Gold Coast site supervisor.

As a construction supervisor, key roles will include coordinating and supervising the construction of multiple custom high end homes and development projects.

Previous site supervision experience will be required. As well as preferably a qualified carpentry trade and a current QBCC Site Supervisors license. For all further details and terms please DM or email us.
