Karl started his building apprenticeship when he left school and has been building ever since, bringing decades of experience to your project. With extensive experience in all areas of the building industry, including residential renovations and extensions, re-clads, new home builds and the commercial building sector, Karl brings a huge wealth of knowledge to the team at KN Construction. We can assist you in your project from start to finish. Karl and Kaycee are a formidable team who have set up extensive systems to ensure the smooth running of any project including a client and contractor based project management software Co-Construct. We promise to make the entire building process open, exciting and successful to all of our valued clients, taking you on the journey from the initial planning and design stage (if required) right through to that final council sign off. We are great communicators so you will never be wondering where we are, what we are doing or how the budget is tracking. Not only are KN Construction Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP’S), we are long standing members of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand. This gives you added reassurance in the quality of our services and contracts, plus you’ll get an independent 10 year guarantee. Call or send a message to start the journey with us!
