ALUMINIUM JOISTS DOWN ✅ SCYON FLOORING READY TO FIT OFF ✅

The structure is really starting to take shape on this one. Aluminium joists are all in and the Scyon flooring is up and ready to be fitted off.

Every stage of a build like this matters — get the bones right and everything else falls into place. This carport, deck, flyover and outdoor BBQ area is going to be a cracker when it's done.

More updates coming as we push through to the finish line. Stay tuned!

ROOF WORK IN FULL SWING TODAY.

Ben was on site checking the framing and making sure this balcony roof rebuild is tracking the way it should. A few moving parts here, but that’s the job... solve it properly and keep the client in the loop.

If you want a builder you can actually reach, give us a call. 👍

Ben’s checking this frame before it closes up.

This carport is taking shape, and we’re making sure every beam, fixing and line is right before the roof goes on.

That’s the difference with Haven. You’re not chasing a big office, you’re dealing with the builder on site.

If you’re planning a renovation, extension or outdoor build on the Gold Coast, give Ben a call and let’s talk it through.

Before and after. A solid Gold Coast transformation.

This outdoor frame is coming together nicely, with the team on the tools and the structure now taking shape. A few more stages to go, but the difference from the start is already huge.

Another dream space in the making for a local client. If you’re planning a renovation or extension, get in touch with Ben and the Haven team. ✅

The most common complaint we hear from homeowners who've had bad renovation experiences?

"We had no idea who was actually on site."

At Haven Constructions, that's never the case. Ben Katene is a licensed builder with over 10 years of hands-on experience who personally oversees every bathroom renovation from the first site visit through to final handover. Every tradie on your job is someone he knows, trusts, and has worked with before.

No strangers showing up unannounced. No project managers playing telephone. Just one person who is fully accountable for the result, reachable when you need him, and genuinely invested in getting it right.

Gold Coast bathroom renovations done the owner-operated way. On time, on budget, and to a standard Ben would be happy with in his own home.

Things are moving along nicely on site this week!

Steel framing going up and footings in the ground — this is where it all starts to take shape. There's something satisfying about seeing a project go from bare ground to walls in the making. Every stage matters and we take each one seriously.

Ben's on the tools and on-site making sure everything is tracking exactly as it should. That's the Haven way.

Got a build or renovation in mind? Give us a call or send us a message — we'd love to chat about what's possible.
