Basement works are underway on our 7-storey residential project with 95 apartments and a dedicated wellness level. The design responds to its coastal setting through articulated forms, deep balconies, and layered facades that provide shade, privacy, and rhythm across the building.

Upper levels accommodate shared wellness and rooftop spaces, including a pool and terrace, conceived as natural extensions of the architecture and surrounding landscape.
