This roof had been restored only two years ago. Have. Read and a swipe and see what the lads got up to ⏩

Unfortunately there’s two things happening here. The first thing is the electrical cables going from the patio to the main roof have been run through the sarking barrier and not patch with sarking tape. A little bit of rain and wind and water found its way in damaging the ceiling. 💆🏻‍♂️

Second thing that we found when we went to fix the leak is that the previous mob who were hired to paint the roof have siliconed up and painted over so many tiles ! 🤦🏻‍♂️

CYRANO has gotten the leak sorted and broken tiles replaced. Great job mate ! 🫡

P.s we through a whirly bird in too ! 🙏🏻

Jake and his crew ripped in yesterday and repaired this roof by Reclipping the roof tiles, replacing 64 broken tiles, repointing the ridge caps.

Now it’s ready for Cyrano to come in and strip the old paint of and repaint this roof 🙌

We went to this job to replace skylight domes and ended up finding over 100+ tiles that have been siliconed and painted over across three blocks in Nerang. 😣

It’s a real shame because the paint job this other company did looked great. They just dropped the ball on the tile repair🤷🏻‍♂️

Anyway, here we are, tile replacement and respraying the replacement tiles to suit the existing roof colour. More work for us, shame for the owners though. 😞

Just a word of warning, always check reviews, QBCC licences and ask around. Avoid the sign post “special deals” and trust your gut ! 🛡️

Cyrano will have this one all finished up tomorrow- magic in the making, great job brother ! 🫡

Before you ask me to name and shame the company, I don’t know who it is and I don’t care to know. Our job is simply to make it right 🙏🏻
