Gold Coast Trade is Reroofing and resarking there was many holes and tears that allowed water ingress, this is common from solar installations ,plumbing, electrical works .

If just painting a roof painter ok .
Why tile roof give you grief may not right then you need a roof tiler.
Both are not qualified.
All trade take special training a apprenticeship an many years to build experience. Like all trade .
