This tenanted property had a bathroom that had begun leaking onto the ceiling below. Upon further investigation it was confirmed that the waterproofing had failed.
A complete bathroom renovation was required to rectify the water damage and prevent any further issues.
Once demolition began, we removed the damaged materials, repaired the affected structural joists, installed a new compliant waterproofing system and completed the full bathroom renovation.
We worked closely with the tenants throughout the project, scheduling works around school hours and completing the renovation in just over three weeks from demolition to handover, helping to minimise disruption to their day to day lives.
The end result is a modern bathroom built to last.
