Got a call to do a quote for a job in Currumbin waters!
Customer says "Az the mrs wants a 5x5 150mm thick slab on the backyard and a 10m of footing for a 600mm block wall/raised garden bed/seat "Amafti Style" pintrest thing, you know what I mean!"
That would have ment having a concreter a block layer, a waterproofed and a renderer!
Instead of having all those trades involved I told them we would just form a wall and run it up youll just have to paint it!
Thats a win.
These type of jobs are the ones I as a business owner love and take so much pride in so much so that due to other projects being done else where I infact today I did this project completely solo as a one man band,these are our bread and butter and our customers are always stoked with the result.
Due to life changes and personal reasons we have very much scaled back our day to day stuff. These smaller jobs are what keep us going!
