⚡ Pre-Sale Electrical Inspection in Lower Beechmont! 🏡

Preparing to put your property on the market? We recently inspected a beautiful older home in the Gold Coast hinterland to make sure it was 100% safe and ready for sale.

Here's what we found and fixed on site:
🔹 Exposed Wiring Issue: Traced tripping power back to exposed under-house wiring and safely installed a fresh GPO outlet to eliminate dangerous extension leads.
🔹 Roof Cavity Faults: Located damaged cables rubbing against metal framing in the roof space that were shorting out from a roof clean.
🔹 Complete Cable Replacement: Fully replaced affected wiring to bring the system back up to standard.

Now the home is safe, compliant, and ready for market!

Buying or selling and need peace of mind ?
Don't leave electrical safety to chance.

⚠️ Most homeowners never open this door... and that's exactly why we do!

Behind every switchboard is a story. Sometimes it's a well-maintained electrical system. Other times it's outdated equipment, overloaded circuits, or hidden defects that have gone unnoticed for years.

At MCELEC, our electrical inspections aren't about finding work—they're about giving homeowners confidence that their home is safe.
Whether you're buying a home, planning renovations, or simply want peace of mind, an inspection can identify issues before they become costly or dangerous.

Because the best electrical problem is the one that's found before it becomes an emergency.

🔶 Have you ever had your home's electrical system professionally inspected?
