Just pottering. Have come to love the basic succers. They survive on neglect, brilliant colours when stressed and actually have nicer flowers than most. Loving the orange in amongst the green. Will have to cultivate and spread more around.
My Broms are much happier now too.

Some of my Broms you will find under my patio. Slowly putting some back into the garden but carefully as Arlo loves to drink from them………….. and then destroy them. Too beautiful to have him do that.

Look what happens when you walk down the side of the house. Love the colours in this succulent, as well as the flowers. For a basic succulent, I fell in love with it when it flowered. Now she’s showing me her beautiful colours when starting to stress.
Loving all the new shoots on the Queen of the Night. Looking forward to her hopefully throwing even more flowers at me at the end of the year than she did this year.

Confession. Ive been slack these holidays. Struck down with the flu the first week and then busy working 3-4 days on my house claim for the second, so I haven’t been in the garden at all. Plants are forgiving for the most part. I did pull the plug on a couple but these are the ones that have stood out to me today.

Check out my Aloe. Another favourite to now flower. Oh and I have my Queen’s Tears with a flower but you will have to wait for that one because I want to catch her out when she’s bursting with flowers. She is definitely going to be a sight.

I truly love Winter growers. The flowers are just glorious and brighten up a day for sure.

Oh my, I have so much to catch up on in the last 4 years and must do better, although a lot has happened.
Anyway, will have to complete a plant dump of the last four years from my profile page as I have many wonderful plants to share. For now, I have recently introduced some solar lights to my garden.
