Proud to announce the completion of 282 Lots across 7 stages, delivered in just 18 months.
Our works covered; bulk earthworks, underground services and pipeworks, roads, pavements, parks, basins and retaining walls.
Through cyclones, weather delays, and industry-wide supply pressures our OM Civil crew kept momentum and delivered every stage safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Huge congratulations to these super-humans on conquering the grueling 96km trail at the Gold Coast Kokoda Challenge over the weekend! Battling freezing winds and a rainy night to cross the finish line in under 26 hours and placing 6th in the men’s division, is an incredible feat of endurance 💪

Nearly halfway there! 🥾🔥
The OM Civil team is officially tackling the 96km Gold Coast Kokoda Challenge!
As night falls over the hinterland, the temp is dropping fast and the rain rolling in. 🌧️🥶 The track is getting tough, but our crew is pushing through the mud, cold, and dark. They are showing true Mateship and Endurance tonight.
We can’t walk those grueling kms for them, but we can back them from the sidelines. Every dollar helps. There’s still time to support their journey and back the Kokoda Youth Foundation!

Rain didn’t stop us. 🌧️ May brought 4x more rain than December and January combined — but OM Civil’s team and subcontractors didn’t miss a beat.
Thanks to detailed, coordinated planning across the board, we started sealing projects in June/July, lodging As-Cons, and delivering results for our clients.
That’s how we do it: simplifying the complexity and getting it done. 💪

This July, our team is taking on the Kokoda Challenge. 96 kilometres of Gold Coast hinterland, on foot, as one team.

We're raising funds for the Kokoda Youth Foundation, who run life-changing programs for young Australians built on Courage, Endurance, Mateship and Sacrifice. Values we respect and encourage.

The event kicks off right in our own backyard in Mudgeeraba. We set a goal of $1,000, and you've already pushed us past it.

22 lots, done in three months at 119 Park Ridge Road, Park Ridge, means our team has blistered through this subdivision in Logan’s growth corridor, start to finish.

We’ve certainly grown our capacity for large projects, but we still enjoy servicing smaller ones like this. The full scope delivered properly, with turnaround times that need to be seen to be believed.
