Front Verandah Makeover
Harrington Carpentry just finished this great job in Colyton. Client wanted to replace the existing balustrade and handrail with a Hamptons style balustrade. During the demo of the existing balustrade it was evident that the existing verandah posts were rotten at the base and also needed replacing. All 3 verandah posts and newel post for the stairs were replaced along with the old balustrade and hand rails.

Harrington Grove Backyard Renovation

Harrington Carpentry recently completed a full backyard renovation in Harrington Grove. Works included;

- Removal of existing turf and re-levelling whole backyard including new drainage to whole backyard.
- Installation of new raised garden bed using H posts and Kensington concrete sleepers.
- Creation of new fire pit seating area constructed with Modwood Firebrick Xtreme Guard decking boards.
- Installation of new privacy screen to back fence

Massive thanks to Andrew from Forever Built for all of the hardwork that he put into this project and Dean and Jake from Acescape constructions for all of the excavation and work they did with the drainage and garden bed for this backyard transformation.
