Working with at WPP Media’s Sydney office, Structum delivered topping slab works and a Level 7 link bridge across an internal void. 
 
The scope included lightweight topping slabs to manage load limitations on the existing structure, new falls for kitchen and bar areas, and a link bridge delivered over a 7-storey void, and under tight access and sequencing constraints. 
 
A strong reminder that the complexity of a job is not always measured by its size. 
 
Sometimes, it is measured by the planning required to deliver it properly.

Most problems start before site. Here’s why that matters.

The majority of construction issues don’t begin on site, they originate in design and documentation. Poor coordination and incomplete detailing leads to rework, delays and cost blowouts that could have been avoided.

The reality is simple: fixing problems on paper is cheap. Fixing them on site is not.
