Some elements simply can’t come off a shelf.

Our Bespoke Precast Concrete division develops custom elements for landscape, public realm, commercial and project-specific applications, from one-off features to repeatable elements.

We start at concept stage, working with clients, architects and project teams on form, finish, dimensions, access and installation. Samples, prototypes, shop drawings, lifting and fixing requirements and tolerances are worked through before manufacture begins.

Elements are then cast, cured and finished under controlled conditions, with checks on colour, texture, dimensions and consistency.

We can provide supply-only packages with lifting guidance and care information, or manage delivery and installation including set-out, cranage, fixings, grouting and handover. Considering these requirements early means fewer site modifications and greater certainty when it comes time to install.

Structum has been engaged by repeat client Hunter Mason to deliver complete package concrete works as part of the refurbishment of The Fiddler at Rouse Hill.

Our works will form part of the staged redevelopment across several areas of the venue, contributing to the transformation of this well-known Sydney destination.

We’re pleased to be working with the Hunter Mason team again and look forward to providing some On Site Highlights along the way.

Three days from first call to fully installed temporary support.

Following fire damage to a warehouse in Marrickville, the existing roof needed to be removed and replaced, leaving the concrete wall panels requiring temporary restraint throughout the works.

With time critical, our Temporary Shoring Solutions team moved quickly to assess the requirement, develop the solution, source the equipment and complete the installation.

From initial enquiry to fully installed temporary propping: three days.

It’s the kind of work where responsiveness matters — but so does getting the solution right.

Some repairs come with more at stake than concrete.

At an operational aged care facility in Sydney, Structum was engaged to resolve a driveway entry transition after several previous repair attempts had fallen short, all while the facility and its medical centre remained fully operational.

A second, more complex remediation involved a concrete façade ledge that was retaining rainwater and overflowing onto the public footpath below. Working approximately four metres above ground, our team completed grinding and repairs across the full 60-metre frontage while maintaining continuous fall protection.

Two technically and operationally sensitive repairs. Zero disruption. Not a single complaint from residents, staff, patients or the public.

This is the kind of work we do best, careful, considered and delivered without disrupting the people around us.
