🚛 WE’RE HIRING — YARD OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Full time – 40–50 hours per week available
Based from our Gingin Yard

Reporting to our Transport Operations Manager, the Yard Operations Assistant will be responsible for the smooth operations of our yard including moving and preparing trucks and machinery for the transport team and supporting our maintenance team in the workshop.

Note: A full, unrestricted HR licence and road ranger gearbox experience is non-negotiable for this role.

🧽 Washing and preparing plant and equipment

What you’ll bring
✅ An unrestricted HR licence

✅ A practical approach and willingness to get stuck in
✅ The ability to work safely in a busy yard
✅ Physical fitness and a focus on safety
😊 Machinery operation experience is a bonus but isn’t essential.

Robbro Road Construction are looking for a range of personnel to join the team to fulfil new openings on a road maintenance contract.
Contracts will initially be on a casual basis with full-time opportunities available after 3 months.
Pay rates are variable based on operator experience and competence levels.

• MC Road Ranger Drivers
• Roller Operators
• Grader Operators
• Loader Operators
• Excavator Operators
Note: A HR licence is non-negotiable for machine operators as directed by the contract client.
