🌸 A little update from Rosebud Farm 🌸

We’re a small flower farm, and what we love most is growing beautiful flowers, picking them fresh and making bunches for our local community.

As the farm grows and evolves, we’ve realised we need to make a few changes to the way we offer our flowers. These changes will help us keep doing what we love, while making sure the time and care that goes into growing, harvesting and arranging our flowers is sustainable for our little business.

So, what’s changing?

🌿 Hill Bunches
Our Hill Bunches aren’t going anywhere! They’ll continue to be filled with the best of what’s blooming on the farm and will be available at The Hill according to seasonality and what we have ready to pick. Some weeks there may be plenty, and others there may be fewer — that’s simply part of growing with the seasons.

💐 Custom Bunches
We’ll still be taking orders for custom bunches, but these will now have a minimum order value of $100. This allows us to set aside the time to pick and create something especially for you.

🌸 Flowers for special occasions
We’ll also continue to create custom arrangements for those important moments — from birthdays and celebrations to sympathy and funeral flowers. Please get in touch with Leanne to chat about what you need.

🌿 For our florist & trade customers
We’re really excited to continue growing and developing our offering for our florist clients. We love seeing our locally grown flowers and foliage in the hands of talented florists and transformed into beautiful arrangements. As we head into the new season, we’ll be expanding our range of seasonal stems and making more of what we grow available specifically for the florists we work with.

Thank you, as always, for supporting our small farm and choosing locally grown flowers. Every bunch that leaves the farm helps us continue growing, picking and sharing the flowers we love with our community.

Fresh Flowers And Pea Seedlings available this weekend .kiosk Gerringong. Punnets of sugar snaps and snow peas perfect for you and the kids to grow in the garden and enjoy through winter. Sweet pea flower seedlings also available ready to plant and start climbing in time for a stunning display of sweet pea flowers in Spring.

A little behind-the-scenes with Ellie 🌱

One of the things we love most on the farm is learning how to work with the garden — growing more from what we already have, slowing down, and understanding the process a little deeper.

Here, Ellie is showing how we create more snapdragon seedlings from young seedlings already ready for planting out into the garden beds. A simple way to expand planting, strengthen the patch, and make the most of the season ahead.

Snapdragons are one of those flowers that give so much back — tall, whimsical blooms, long flowering periods, and endless beauty in bunches.

There’s something pretty special about seeing tiny seedlings eventually become armfuls of flowers 💐

After we all come down from a big weekend I just want to say we’re so grateful to our local community for the incredible support and huge flower sales this Mother’s Day. The flowers our team picked, collected and created did not last long in the cafe and I was left so humbled, you made it extra special.

We’ve been quietly working away behind the scenes on something new for Rosebud Farm 🌱

Over the past little while, we’ve been growing and nurturing a small homegrown seedling range for our community — and we’re so excited to finally share the very first of them with you.

This week you’ll find our first trays of:
• Sugar Snap Peas
• Snow Peas

All lovingly grown by Ellie, who has been carefully tending to each seedling from the very beginning.

There’s something really special about growing food and flowers from seed — watching tiny beginnings turn into something abundant, nourishing, and beautiful. We love the idea of being able to share that process beyond the farm gates and into your own gardens at home.

This is just the beginning for our little seedling range, and we can’t wait to slowly expand it with seasonal vegetables, flowers, and garden favourites as we go 🌿

Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and we’ll have flower bunches available .kiosk across Saturday and Sunday (until sold out).

We won’t be taking custom orders this time — instead, we’re focusing on filling the kiosk with as many beautiful, farm-grown bunches as we can, so you can pop by and choose one that feels just right.

Flowers have long been gifted as a way to express what can be hard to put into words.
They carry meaning quietly — love, appreciation, gratitude, remembrance. Each bloom holding its own story, but together creating something that feels thoughtful and deeply personal.

There’s also something about bringing flowers into a space that softens everything. A small gesture, but one that lingers — on the table, in the air, in the feeling of the day.

Whether it’s for your mum, someone who feels like a mum, or even for yourself — we’ll have something waiting for you.
