We work hard, so we know how to play hard too! 🎯🍻

Friday afternoon was all about getting together outside the workshop at Bullseye Birdies. Plenty of laughs, questionable throwing techniques, a little friendly competition and a few people taking the scoring very seriously! 😂

Turns out, we’re much better at rubber and conveyors than we are at darts… but we still had a bloody good time!

This week, Sean has been putting his experience to work on hot vulcanised lagging on two pulleys for Mansom Engineering.

Sean’s career in the rubber and conveyor industry began in 1999, making him one of our five industry veterans, each bringing more than 25 years of experience to the GR&C team.

Hot vulcanised pulley lagging is particularly well suited to wet and demanding environments, where achieving a 100% sealed bond is critical.

Sean also played a key role in sourcing and commissioning our 6-metre autoclave, further expanding our capabilities and allowing us to carry out specialised steam-cured rubber lining and vulcanised work in-house.

It’s this depth of knowledge, practical experience and commitment to getting the job done right that makes Sean such a valuable part of our team.

25+ years in the industry. Knowledge you can count on. 💪

🚛 Meekatharra bound again!

Our team is back out on the road to Meekatharra, heading out to support one of our customers on site.

It’s a fair stretch of road from Geraldton, but for our team, it’s all part of the job. A few hundred kilometres, plenty of red dirt and a whole lot of coffee! ☕😄

We’re proud to support our customers across the Mid West and to have a team that gets stuck in wherever the job takes them.

Another trip. Another job. Another happy customer.

Happy Father’s Day 💙
Today we recognise and appreciate the fathers in our lives and the impact they have had on who we are, both personally and professionally.
From Bryan learning the trade from his dad, to Daniel now learning from his dad, the knowledge, skills and values passed down through the generations are something we’re incredibly proud of.
Wishing all the dads, grandads and father figures a very Happy Father’s Day!

🚛 Where the road ends, our work continues!

Yes, we travel a few gravel roads to get to some of our customers! From remote mine sites to some of the most isolated parts of our beautiful region, our team is always ready to go the extra mile to keep our customers’ operations moving.

And at this time of year, we certainly don’t mind the travelling.
☀️ There’s something pretty special about heading out on the road, taking in the incredible Western Australian landscape and seeing more of this beautiful country we call home. 🪻

We’re proud to support our customers wherever they are — even when the journey involves a lot of gravel, a few corrugations and some very long stretches of road! 😄

Local service. Remote locations. Wherever our customers need us, we’ll get there.
