Administrative Assistant
S&J Glass invite applicants to apply for Administrative Assistant.
Our company supplies all types of windows/doors, shower screens, mirrors, sliding wardrobe doors, glass splash backs and perform all aspects of general glazing and maintenance to a high standard for our discerning client base.
All products are manufactured in house, providing a complete supply and installation service. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the level of service we provide to our clients which range from homeowners and renovators, to servicing Geraldton builders, architects, designers highly specialized and custom projects.
We are also Midland Brick reseller supplying the Midwest area.
Your Role:
• Assisting our team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Data entry and assisting in accounts payable and receivable.
• Scheduling incoming work.
• Resolving scheduling conflicts to achieve client satisfaction.
• Liaising with in-house tradesman to ensure works are complete/rescheduled.
• Providing regular updates to clients on work status.
• Assisting with Glazing and Midland Brick quotes and orders.
• Responding to calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Maintain accounting records.
Skills and Experience
• Experience with MYOB Account Right. (Experience highly desirable).
• Previous scheduling experience (Desirable).
• Sound knowledge of MS Office suite of products.
• Willing to learn and grow your skills as the role evolves with our growing business.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Customer service and a comfortable phone manner.
• Ability to work autonomously.
