The Catwest fleet has just become even stronger!

We’re proud to welcome our brand-new 2026 Mack Super-Liner, another blue powerhouse ready to make its mark on the road and support our continued growth across the Midwest-Gascoyne and surrounding regions.

This is more than just a new truck. It marks a significant milestone for Catwest and a strong investment in our business's future, expanding our capabilities and positioning us for the exciting opportunities ahead.

With plans well underway, this Mack will play an important role in supporting our next stage of growth in the months ahead.

FLORES ROAD & EASTWARD ROAD ROUNDABOUT NOW OPEN

The new Flores Road, Eastward Road and Alexander Street roundabout is officially open and now in use.

Catwest Road & Traffic Services was proud to deliver the spray sealing and asphalt works for this important local project.

We joined the City of Greater Geraldton and Red Dust Holdings to celebrate the opening and recognise the hard work of everyone involved.

A great result for Geraldton and another example of local contractors delivering quality infrastructure for the community.

Well done to all involved.

A major intersection upgrade designed to improve road safety is now complete and has been officially opened at the junction of Flores Road, Eastward Road and Alexander Street in Utakarra.

Jerry Clune - City of Greater Geraldton Mayor said the project was a significant investment in community safety and would help prevent accidents at the intersection.

The week of Monday 14 September road resurfacing and associated works will begin and take approximately one to two days to complete at each of the following locations.

📍 Crowther Street between Dampier and Fraser Streets in Beachlands
📍 Hutchinson Street between Durlacher and Gertrude Streets in Geraldton
📍 Stroud Street between McGauran Lane and Francis Street in Beachlands

Road resealing and associated works will also begin week of Monday 14 September 2026 and will take approximately one day to complete at each of the following locations.

📍 Betula Street between Diosma Street and R***e Range Road in Rangeway
📍 Border Drive and Corriedale Close intersection in Deepdale
📍 Burges Street between Molster and Short Streets in Mullewa
📍 Dean Road from SLK 0.03 to 0.77 in Pindar
📍 Eaton Place in Wonthella
📍 Hall Road between Tramway Road and Mary Street in Waggrakine
📍 Kenny Cresent cul-de-sac in Utakarra
📍 Mingenew-Mullewa Road from SLK 0.0 to 2.32 and from SLK 19.8 to 21.6
📍 Short Street between Burges Street and View Street in Mullewa
📍 Williams Road from SLK 9.97 to SLK 10.45 in Pindar

🚧 During the works these roads may be temporarily closed with detours in place.

We appreciate your patience while these works are being completed 🙂

These works are part of the City’s 2026/27 Road Renewal Program which will see more than 7.6kms of roads resealed or resurfaced.

These works align with the Liveable theme of the City’s Strategic Community Plan which reflects the organisation’s commitment to the maintenance and connectivity of the transport network.

CATWEST HAS A NEW HOME

We’ve officially made the move!

Catwest Road & Traffic Services is now operating from our new office and yard at 222 Goulds Road, Narngulu — just down the road, but a big step forward for the Catwest team.

The new yard gives us more room for our growing team, fleet, workshop and operations, with plenty of space for what’s ahead.

For our asphalt customers, production will continue as normal from 21 Foskew Way, Narngulu... for now.

We’ll leave that one there.

There’s plenty happening behind the scenes at Catwest Road & Traffic Services, and we’re looking forward to sharing more as 222 Goulds Road takes shape.

Awesome to see asphalt going down at the new Flores & Eastward Road roundabout in Geraldton.

A huge effort from the Catwest crew yesterday. It’s always rewarding to see a project really start to come together once the black goes down.

There’s still more to do, but we’re well on the way.
