In WA, builder licences aren’t all the same, each registration comes with different responsibilities and limits.

At Grady Trades and Services we hold:

BC106135 – Building Contractor
BP105067 – Building Practitioner
Open Class Registration

Being Open Class means we are not restricted by building type, size, storeys or complexity. We’re licensed to contract, manage and supervise all levels of construction, from residential projects through to complex structural and commercial work.

Our aim is to give clients confidence and clarity about who they’re hiring, and the qualifications behind their build.

Behind the Build:
A look at what really goes into bringing a project together, the parts most people never see.

What you don’t see behind every finished build is the juggling act it takes to make it all run smoothly. Coordinating trades, lining up deliveries, keeping materials on site exactly when they’re needed, it’s a constant dance of timing and communication.

When everything lines up, the build flows. That’s the part we love.
