For SMS Group WA, that person is Siti Starling affectionately known by the team as Boss Lady.
Part of the SMS journey since 2016, Siti has worked alongside her husband, Daniel, as the business evolved from a small mechanical workshop into the diverse operation it is today.
Behind the scenes, her world is one of organisation, coordination and problem-solving balancing the demands of a growing business with the most important role of all: being Mum.
For Siti, the two have always been connected.
SMS Group WA isn't simply about what has been built today. It's about creating opportunities for their team, investing in good people and quality equipment, and building something meaningful for the next generation.
