Due to expansion and growth in the MidWest Kaefer is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Geraldton based, to join our Team.
As a project Manager, your role is to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of projects within our organization. Ideally you will hold relevant Tertiary qualifications and demonstrate your experience in the requirements below.
✅ Project planning: Creating a detailed project plan that outlines objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
✅Team management: Building a team, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
✅ Budget management: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring they remain within budget.
✅ Risk management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
✅ Stakeholder communication: Regularly updating stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and any potential issues or changes.
✅Quality control: Setting quality standards and ensuring project deliverables meet those standards.
✅Problem-solving: Resolving issues and conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
✅Project evaluation: Conducting post-project evaluations to assess the project's success and identify areas for improvement.
