MITCHELL ST 🌊

Designed with intent.

Our clients brought an interior designer on board, and it shows. Timber-handled cabinetry, stone benchtops and a raked ceiling that frames the ocean. This 3x2 coastal home in Horrocks is coming together beautifully, with tiles next.

The work behind the walls.

Measured, cut and raised by our own carpenters. Frame stage is when we walk through and re-check the internal details before a single finish goes on.

BEAUFORT ☀️

Designed to work with the sun.

This solar passive home has a central brick wall that stores the day’s warmth and releases it at night. The wall will be clad in stone and is surrounded by timber-framed walls and ceiling rafters.

URCH🌾

Frame to gyprock — and already, you can feel it becoming a home.

This is the beauty of building custom: every wall, every room shaped around how this family actually lives. Right now it’s a blank canvas — soon it’ll be filled with their selections, their story, their home.
