World Wildlife Day is an opportunity for us all to connect to the natural world and learn more about caring for nature.

One way of doing this is by enhancing your backyard biodiversity to encourage more wildlife into your backyard! Want some tips on supporting our native fauna?

This Saturday, Horticultural Coordinator Kylie will take you through the tricks of the trade to attract and support insects, birds and other native animals. This event includes a specially curated walk in Kings Park and takeaway literature to help develop your wildlife-friendly native garden.

If you've always wanted to create a backyard that buzzes with activity, this is the workshop for you!

Established in 1996, Planet Ark's National Tree Day has grown into Australia's largest community tree planting and nature care event. The program is a call to action for all Australians to get their hands dirty and give back to their community.
