On Friday night Temtrol Technologies was lucky enough to attend the Tasmanian Training Awards Gala and Prentation at Wrest Point as finalists in the Small Employer category. It was a specatular evening spent celebrating the VET sector in Tasmania and all of the people that make it matter.
Dentists of Tasmania were the deserving winners of the Small Employer category, congratulations and well done to their amazing team.
A special thank you goes to all involved in the awards for providing an outlet for the VET sector to shine, especially Jacqueline Maclaine whose contribution has been nothing short of monumental.
It was a privilege to be a part of such an important event.

We are incredibly proud to share that Temtrol Technologies has been named as a finalist in the 2026 Tasmanian Training Awards – Small Employer of the Year category.

This recognition belongs to so many people. To every apprentice, trainee, tradesperson, mentor, supervisor and team member who contributes to creating a workplace where people can learn, grow and succeed – thank you. Your commitment to supporting one another and sharing your knowledge is what makes opportunities like this possible.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to our customers, industry partners, training providers and everyone who continues to support our business. Your support plays an important part in helping us develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Congratulations to our fellow finalist, Dentists of Tasmania, who like us are a smaller business striving to make a big difference, and to every finalist and nominee across all categories of this year's Tasmanian Training Awards. The dedication shown by individuals, employers, trainers and apprentices throughout Tasmania is something to be celebrated, and we are honoured to be recognised alongside so many outstanding organisations and people.

Whatever the outcome, we are proud to be part of an industry that invests in people and believes in developing skills for the future.

Thank you again to everyone who has been part of our journey.
