Women In Trade ||

THREE WOMEN. THREE TRADES. ONE VERY SPECIAL TRANSFORMATION.

There’s something pretty special about watching women from different trades come together and create something amazing.

Ruby — our electrician
Jaime — our plumber
Tray (me)— tiling, wallpapering, painting & carpentry

Three women. Three different skill sets. One bathroom renovation… and a whole lot of teamwork!

This is exactly what Women in Trade Geelong & The Surf Coast is all about.

It’s about connecting women, supporting each other, sharing our skills and showing just how much can happen when women in the trades come together.

We don’t all need to do the same thing.
We just need to bring our own skills to the table.

And when you put those skills together… you can create something REALLY special. ❤️

So here’s to more women picking up the tools, backing each other, collaborating and showing the next generation what’s possible.

Three female tradies. One project. And plenty more to come!

2 Years ago, I spend many months renovating and restoring this 1975 caravan. It was a passion of mine to give it a 2nd chance. Although.... will never do it again. Haha. 🥰

💗 WOW… I honestly didn’t expect to be writing this so soon!

I am incredibly grateful to announce that A Helping Hand Geelong & The Surfcoast is now fully booked for the remainder of the year!

To every single person who has trusted me with your home, recommended me to your family and friends, shared my posts, or simply supported my little business… thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support means more than you’ll ever know.

I’ll still be looking after my wonderful regular clients, and I’ll continue to attend emergency call-outs where I can.

One thing I’m especially proud of is the amazing community we’ve built through Women in Trade – Geelong & The Surfcoast. We now have so many talented female tradies across a wide range of trades who are ready to help local residents.

So if you’re looking for:
🔨 A carpenter
⚡ An electrician
🚿 A plumber
🎨 A painter
🧱 A tiler
🌿 A landscaper
🧹 A cleaner

…or any other trade, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Give me a call on 0421 660 302, and I’d be more than happy to point you in the direction of a trusted local female tradie who can help.

Supporting each other and keeping work local is what this community is all about, and I’m so proud to be part of it. 🩷

Thank you again, Geelong & the Surf Coast. Here’s to finishing the year strong and continuing to support our incredible local community together.

What a transformation!

Just 2 hours of hard work to clear this overgrown garden 🌿
Even better—so many plants rehomed instead of going to landfill.

Stay tuned for mulch and fresh edging to finish it off 🥰
