How cool did this loft conversion turn out? We love it!

We transformed this industrial space into an open-plan loft home, making the most of its exposed timber trusses, soaring ceilings and original brickwork. So much character!

PROJECT INTRODUCTION:
BRUNSWICK UNITS
A first look at our latest project in Brunswick.
The proposal replaces the existing residence with two side-by-side units, designed to make the most of the site while giving each home its own identity and street presence.
A restrained material palette, strong upper-level forms and integrated landscaping help break down the scale of the development and sit the two homes comfortably within the surrounding streetscape.
We’ll be sharing a closer look at the interiors and floor plans next.

Updates to our Elsternwick Extension project!

This small extension has created a new kitchen and dining space, opening out through spacious sliding doors to a large outdoor deck area.

We’re nearly done with Part 1 and can’t wait to share the finished result.

Then it’s onto Part 2 — adding a new pool to the backyard and completing the outdoor space. Follow along for the next stage!

CES Design now expanding into Melbourne's West.

We're excited to announce that CES Design now has a second office location within the Farren Group offices in Footscray, Melbourne

While our main office remains in Geelong West, this new location allows us to better support clients throughout Melbourne's western suburbs and inner west.

Our Footscray office operates by appointment only, providing a convenient meeting location for both existing and future clients.

We're looking forward to continuing to grow our presence across Victoria and working alongside the team at Farren Group.
