We are thrilled to share our latest new home project with you all! Building this beautiful home was a challenging journey but we’re so proud of the final result. The biggest hurdle we faced was the lack of site access, which made the construction process quite difficult. However, with a lot of hard work and determination, we were able to turn our clients dream home into a reality.

We want to give a big shout out to our amazing clients who were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. Their passion for their new home was infectious, and it was an honour to help them bring their vision to life. We are thrilled to hear that they are delighted with their new home and we wish them all the best as they create new memories in their beautiful space.

Thank you to our incredible team for their dedication and expertise in making this project a success. We couldn’t have done it without each and everyone of you 🔨🏠

We’ve been super grateful for all the love on our last reel showcasing the completion of Rowe.

It was a real pleasure to complete this project and we’re stoked with the outcome.

Its clean white finishes and wooden accents feel warm and homey while also being the perfect blank canvas for interior design of the owners choosing.

As usual, we are super excited for our clients to have the keys to their dream home and to start making lifelong memories. That’s what it’s all about! 🔨

Making really good development at our Jacob’s location. Plenty of planning went into this one to make sure things run as smooth as possible, especially given the tight site access.

We’ve had all hands (and paws) on deck these past few weeks and can’t wait to reveal more of this project.

Just a little update and photo dump of our Highton extension 📸

We’ve reached a great milestone as we are now locked up and on to the internal finishes.

Our in house carpentry team are on to the deck and pergola, while our plasterers and tiling team go to work inside.

We were also given the opportunity to upgrade the homes energy efficiency while re-roofing by adding in ceiling insulation. This will ensure our clients are cozy for years to come 🌿

Starting our new project at Jacobs last week has us reminiscing of our first new build we completed last year.

This build at Riverview was an absolute pleasure to stick build from scratch and had a total of 5 gables, which made it a total stand out feature.

In a few weeks you’ll be seeing us starting to frame Jacobs, with our nails guns and saws out re doing it all over again. In our eyes, stick framing at its core is the root of custom building 🔨

NEW PROJECT - JACOBS 🔨

This beautiful slimline block is going to be the home of our new two storey townhouse. This one is going to be super special, with some incredible high spec features!

This week has been a busy one already after combatting a bit of red tape, however, we’re making big moves with a site cut and drilling holes for retaining walls.

A big week for us on our Highton extension, and we’re grateful to see when hard work pays off 👏🏼

This 50 year old roof was well past its use by date, and we took the chance to insulate the ceiling to make the home more comfortable throughout the year.

A very big couple of days, with over 10 tradies on site to get this job finished before the well earned Easter break.

A very happy builder indeed 🔨

We’ve been making great progress on this extension we only started a month ago in Highton. So far, it’s been an absolute gem to work on 👏🏼

Although we’re only extending a couple of meters out, the final result will feel much bigger. Higher walls, more light from extra windows, and bi-fold doors flowing out to a new decking area are only a few features to mention.

We’re excited to watch this project unfold in the coming weeks.

We’re making some great progress at our Rowe project over the past month 👏🏼

Last year we faced some challenges with material and labour shortages due to the pandemic, but we’re glad to see things moving forward at a great pace now.

We feel we are over the hump and have broken the camels back 💪🏼
