💰Sign on bonus💰 + earn top rates + company vehicle + fully kitted battery tools + ladders + paid birthday!

Do you want a career where you’re paid what you’re worth, work with pride, and actually enjoy turning up each day?

Sounds good, right? But in reality, not every electrical company delivers on that promise.

I get it — I’ve been there.

When I was on wages, I’d give every job my all — tight finishes, clean switchboards, flawless lighting — but at the end of the day, it often felt like I was just another number. No recognition, no voice, no real progression.

I had ideas, passion, and pride — but never the opportunity to use them. The team never caught up to share wins or talk improvements, and “extra training” was just a buzzword.

Sure, the pay was okay — but something important was missing: respect, growth, and purpose.

If that story hits home, keep reading — because Precision Wiring is changing that.
