At our Langley Park Project, construction is officially underway.

The site cut is complete and the first concrete pour marks the beginning of bringing this vision to life. There’s something special about seeing a project like this take shape from the very beginning, and we’re excited to share the journey as it progresses.

A favourite area of our Blackbull Ridge residential project. The family bathroom combines warm timber joinery, large-format tiles and rose gold fixtures to create a space that feels functional and inviting.

Surrounded by established gumtrees in Gisborne, this early learning centre was thoughtfully designed to sit comfortably within its surroundings 🌳

Natural materials, warm finishes and light-filled spaces create an environment that feels connected to the landscape while providing a functional, engaging space for children to learn, play and grow.

A beautiful project we’re proud to have delivered from the ground up.

At TVD Group Builders, we believe Specialist Disability Accommodation should be as thoughtfully designed as any high-quality home. From functional layouts to warm, beautiful finishes and furnishings, every detail is considered.

It’s our privilege to create spaces that are comfortable, practical and built around the needs of their residents.

From planning through to completion, our Fyansford factories industrial project was designed to maximise efficiency while maintaining a clean, considered aesthetic.

We’re always proud to see another commercial build brought to life by our team 🏗️

Indoor–outdoor living: it’s the full-height doors that make it 🤌🏽

Full-height glazing and wide openings that dissolve the boundaries, bringing light, greenery and fresh air right through the home. Every space feels connected to the next and the outdoors is always part of the experience.

Still one of our favourites: our Waurn Ponds Childcare Centre Project.

Colorbond cladding and a collection of gable roofs that give the whole project its village-style identity. The placement of each window was carefully considered, bringing in light and creating moments of connection throughout.

And inside it’s fun, calming and highly functional - everything we love about a childcare centre 🤍
