Say goodbye to peeling / yellow polyurethane and hello to forever floors! 👋✨

We’re stripping back the old, tired coating to reveal the raw beauty hidden beneath this slab. Swipe to see the process of transforming a standard polyurethane coating into a high-performance Mechanical Polished Concrete masterpiece.

Why make the switch:
Life-long Durability: No more re-coating every few years. MPC is built to last decades.

Sustainable & VOC-Free: We’re using the slab you already have—no harmful chemicals or toxic overlays.

Energy Efficient: High reflectivity means brighter spaces and lower power bills.

Allergy Friendly: A seamless, non-porous surface that won’t trap dust or allergens.

From industrial-chic matte to a mirror-like high gloss, the choice is yours.

Sleek. Modern. Built to last. 💎

Our latest project features a stunning Pavilion Finish that bridges the gap between indoor luxury and outdoor durability. By lightly grinding the surface to reveal the perfect “medium exposed” aggregate, we’ve created a sophisticated, low-sheen finish that won’t date.

Why we love it:
✅ Non-slip: Exceeds safety standards for wet areas.
✅ UV Resistant: Won’t fade or yellow in the sun.
✅ Low Maintenance: No weeds, no sand, just a quick hose-down.

Bringing a whole new meaning to “rock solid.” 💎✨

There’s nothing quite like a mechanical polish to turn a new build into a masterpiece. For this home, we went with a deep grind to get that stunning full stone exposure, refined to a high-gloss finish that bounces light into every corner. ☀️🏠

Unlike a standard sealer, this is a true honed and polished floor—meaning no peeling, no yellowing, just pure, hardened concrete that’s as durable as it is beautiful.
The ultimate foundation for a modern Aussie home. 🇦🇺🔨

The Details:
✅ Mechanical Polished Concrete (MPC)
✅ Full Stone Exposure
✅ High-Gloss Reflectivity
✅ Zero Coatings, 100% Concrete

Bringing the indoors out with ultimate sophistication. ✨

This new enclosed alfresco space just leveled up with a Mechanical Polished Concrete finish. Unlike a simple coating, this process involves grinding the slab to expose the natural stone and polishing it with diamond abrasives for a mirror-like shine that’s built to last.

Why we love it for enclosed outdoor living:
💎 Seamless Flow: Connects your interior and exterior design perfectly.
🧼 Low Maintenance: Dust-proof, stain-resistant, and incredibly easy to clean.
🦾 Hard as Nails: Won’t peel or flake—this is the actual concrete refined to perfection.

From dusty and dull to a high-end showroom finish! 🏎️✨

We just wrapped up this garage transformation using Mechanically Polished Concrete (MPC). Unlike a simple “grind and seal,” MPC is a multi-step process that involves grinding the concrete with diamond-bonded abrasives and applying a chemical hardener to densify the slab from within.

The result? A floor that is:
💎 Dust-free & incredibly easy to clean.
🛡️ Ultra-durable—built to handle heavy vehicles and high traffic.
🌿 Eco-friendly—no topical coatings that will eventually peel or flake.
