This project allowed us to breath a little bit of fresh life into this house.
The main aims for the client were;
- replace rotten facia boards
- Replace cracked eves
- Paint the front and side of the house.
- Replace rotten timber around the pergola.
- Repair weathered mortar on roof.
We were able to help with all aspects of this project coordinating all other trades and helping the clients with what they wanted along the way.
It was great to get the hand written feedback aswell.

Just because you are renovating doesn’t mean you need to live in a construction site. Taking the time to ensure minimal impact to your daily life is a crucial part of the building process.
Take the time to find trades that care about your space as much as you. This will allow you to truely be excited once the space is finished not relieved it’s finally over.

“Strive for perfection settle for excellence” in everything we do we try to work towards this motto.
The pictures attached are the final steps of a kitchen renovation. Although we were not involved in the full renovation we did get asked to help with this tricky spashback.
The splashback would be stuck to a mud brick wall with a lot of character. Through talking with the client about the look they wanted to achieve, going through potential products to use and how each product would last over time we determined Corian would be the best.
Corian would allow us to make a template taking into account all the unique characteristics of the mud brick and quirks in the window frame. After taking care to carefully transfer this to the template it went to the craftsman at Newgrove Benchtops. It is clear to see the flawless result they were able to produce.
This is an example of what can be achieved when an open minded client, a knowledgeable tradesman and a dedicated craftsman work together.
The client now has a splashback that will never fade, never crack, never rot and will never need a grout join cleaned.

Garden beds with a recessed seat. This was a great project to be a part of, the clients goals were,
- tie in with the existing pergola following the rustic theme.
- have strong recessed seating. - allow for bigger fruit trees on each side.
We were able to achieve all of these things a really finish off the entire outdoor area.
