Select Architects are excited to be
teaming up with , to assist in the
design and delivery of a new Neighbourhood Activity
Centre for Beveridge.

Multiple familiar national businesses will be located
within the centre as well as some smaller tenancies,
providing multiple new food and retail offerings to
Beveridge locals, as well as anyone passing through!

This development will provide some well needed
support to this rapidly expanding location over the
coming years.

We are underway with developing the final design of
the centre towards the end of 2026, and looking to start
on site in 2027!

Exciting to see Planet Fitness officially open its doors last week, marking another tenant opening at our Armstrong Creek Town Centre project.

Great to see the Centre continuing to come to life and welcoming more of the local community.

A special project, officially open 💙

Last week, Peter joined the Norlane community to celebrate the opening of their new Neighbourhood Hub .

An incredible initiative by The Good Neighbourhood Project, creating a place for people to connect, learn, create and belong.

We’re incredibly proud to have contributed our architectural services and to have played a small part in bringing this important community vision to life.

A huge congratulations to the organisers and everyone who has worked so passionately over many years to make this project a reality. It’s a wonderful example of what can be achieved when people come together with a shared purpose.

During our latest site visit, the external glazing panels to the entry airlock were being installed, bringing the building another step closer to lock-up and the new entrance into focus.

It was a great opportunity to work through queries with the site team, resolve key details together and keep the works moving forward. Close collaboration on site helps carry the design intent through to the built outcome.

Following our latest site walk, works at Coles Burnside are continuing to take shape, with the project now moving through its final stages.

The expanded retail area is nearing completion, alongside the new Click & Collect zone and associated external works, including final car park and landscaping elements.

The refreshed mall entrance is also now taking shape, bringing a more contemporary arrival experience to Burnside Hub and tying together the broader centre upgrade.

It’s been great to see the transformation progress from concept through to delivery, and we look forward to seeing the remaining works completed and the revitalised centre come together.
