After fixing the stairs free of charge after some of the old weathered coating lifted with the perimeter mask, the client asked if we could also bring the deck back to life. So we returned 1 business day later and got straight onto it for them.

52 × 40-grit sanding discs, 20 × 120-grit discs, and roughly 6 hours of sanding later — this deck was completely transformed. 💪

A lot of people only see the finished result, but restoration work like this takes serious prep, patience, and attention to detail to get right. Safe to say the effort paid off 🙌

Another exterior transformation wrapped up by Next Level Finish 🙌

Fresh white weatherboards paired with natural timber tones to completely refresh this beautiful home.

The deck stairs weren’t originally included in the scope, however after removing protective masking, some of the old weathered coating lifted around the perimeter. While it can occasionally happen with aged exterior coatings exposed to the elements, we still took the time to repair and refinish the affected areas at no extra cost because we take pride in doing things properly.

We believe owning the little details is what separates a standard job from a premium finish.

Major Deck Restoration Underway 🔥

This one was in rough shape to start — heavy breakdown, patchy coating, and years of wear.

We’ve carried out a full restoration process including:
• Chemical stripping to remove the failing coating
• Heavy machine sanding to bring the timber back to bare
• Acid wash to neutralise and clean the surface

Now you can really see the timber coming back through — massive difference already.

We’ll be locking it all in with a fresh coating tomorrow to bring it up to a proper Next Level Finish 👌

This one was all about refining the outdoor living space and bringing a stronger architectural feel to the home. The pergola, screening, and exterior timber elements were finished in a deep black system to create a clean, modern contrast against the light brickwork.

Dark finishes can be unforgiving, which is why preparation, sharp lines, and a consistent application are everything. When done properly, the result speaks for itself — a crisp, modern space that completely elevates the property.

We’ve taken this home from the classic early-2000s cream top-to-bottom look and brought it forward with a more modern, refined finish. The updated palette brightens the space, enhances the natural light, and gives the entire exterior a cleaner, more contemporary feel.
