How Are These Products Free:

The Victorian Government is committed to reducing carbon emissions and helping to save Victorians on their power bills. This program, regulated by the Essential Services Commission (ESC), has developed a variety of residential and commercial activities/upgrades that are eligible to produce VEECs, a type of carbon offset certificate. Big polluting companies have a lega

l obligation to purchase or create a set amount of these certificates per year to assist in reducing carbon emissions and create local jobs. As an Approved Provider in the VEU Program, Energy Saver Plus then sells the certificates they create to these companies. It’s a win for Victorians and a win for the environment.
