Site Visits.

Big day on the road catching up with all our projects and builders on site. Down the coast bright and early, back into Geelong then out to Lara but great to see so much progress for our clients. With a heap of new projects just ab out to start and others in all different stages, we look forward to assisting our clients through 2026 and beyond.

Been a busy month!!

We’ve been working hard in the background bringing dreams to life. September has been a huge month with new building contracts signed sealed and delivered, multiple projects under construction and some new clients jumping on board. Thrilled with these two projects coming to life and once finished will change some lives forever.

The sun is shining, the property market is starting to BOOM and we are in the perfect position to make some dreams become a reality. If you want to discuss how we can assist in bringing your project to life, touch base, always happy to chat and we look forward to hearing from you!

Belmont Project

Finally got some nice weather to get the slab poured by the legends at Corecrete concreting. The boys from have smashed out the start of the subfloor in this beautiful winter sun.
Along with the builders we have Chester (the dog) with his supervisors jacket on and we can’t go past Shane jumping in and demonstrating his skills on brick clean up.

Always love when we start a new project for clients. This one has been a long journey but well worth the wait and the boys have done a huge amount of work on day one to get cracking.

Ocean Grove Stage 1

Some hard work by the boys from HT Built to complete stage 1 of this river side home transformation. Plenty of fun to be had in this new rumpus room which has come up awesome.

Final stages.

As our Lethbridge projects draws to completion, we have a few painting items to complete and we are done.

What an effort by for bringing this life changing project to fruition. Their hard work and attention to detail, including that of all of their tradesmen has been a pleasure to be apart of.

A massive thanks to Michael from for all of his efforts throughout the project. We can’t wait to display the final product in a few weeks from now.

Those new Project feels

We are thrilled to have been engaged by our clients to assist in something a little out of the ordinary.

This beautiful acreage property in Teesdale will be the new home for an old lady we are relocating from the other side of Geelong. Once we get her to site we will start on the makeover to bring her back to life with a little bit of the new and a little bit of the old charm.

Next stage will be to lift the home off its current supports, transport her across town and sit it down on a brand new set of stumps.

Final Stages.

A little sneak peak as we enter the final stages of this beautiful renovation/extension in Lethbridge. These sunny days are providing us the chance to compete the finer details and the splashes of paint are now bringing this home to life.

Having chosen a few different colors for the home in specific areas, the client has added her splash of flair and personality to the build.

The team from have exceeded expectations here and David from .decorating is adding the colors that make this build shine.

Stay tuned for the final stages as we look to hand over very shortly.

Another day in Paradise!

Boys from smashing out our project in Lethbridge. Septic to lock up in 6 weeks is an awesome effort and the attention to detail is amazing, well done.

Quick little shout out to our client Jennie for all the ice creams on those hot days, it’s the little things that make all the difference.

Geelong Custom Builders understand that building can be a stressful time for our clients so we go above and beyond to ease the pressure, be a part of the journey and basically hold their hands from the very beginning to well after handover is done.
